Hi to you all! My husband and I are moving to Vermont in about a month because I got a job with Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (well, I already worked for them in Tennessee, but I've been offered a job with their Coffee Department in Waterbury.) I've been vegan for a few years now, mainly due to reading The Kind Diet, and I'm glad to know there are a few of you out there in Vermont!
