This is ridiculous.

I've sent several e-mails about the fact that I was mysteriously "banned" from my original account even though I have done nothing wrong. I know this for sure, because it sent me into such a frenzy to be banned from my favorite website that I read all of the rules and made sure that I didn't do some offensive thing that I wasn't aware was not allowed. Turns out, I really didn't do anything wrong.
No one has written me back about this problem despite my fervent requests for weeks. Now I just want to unsuscribe from this website, because it doesn't feel good to get daily updates from a website that decided to ban me for no reason. However, since I was not actually banned I can not unsuscribe because it requires me to log in...which I am unable to do without being told that I am banned. My username is Sprout. Please email me or msg me from this account and I will give you my e-mail address for the Sprout account, because I do not wish to publically list it here. This is not the kind way to treat people.
I'm sure it is just a technical issue. There are over 30,000 kind lifers so maybe others are having problems too and the work load is overwhelming.
I really hope so, but it's been a couple of weeks.
yes, I have had problems off and on, right now I am- again- no longer getting emails about alicia's new posts. I wouldn't worry too much, surely it is just something technical like that.
