so i think i just might have eaten some chicken and i havent had meat in almost 2 years since i went veg! im so scared what its going to do to my tummy! should i try to make myself throw up? i am a mess right now!
Don't make yourself throwup. relax, drink some water you might feel crappy but you might not either, probably more so emotionally,but it'll pass. Don't beat yourself up. Just get back on track with your next meal. :)
i was eating chinese food and you know how a lot of it is all mixed together. i mixed my rice with my veggies and sauce and took a couple bites maybe 3 altogether before i realized some kind of bits of chewy chicken got mixed in (prob they used the same serving spoon on diff dishes). im worried im going to be sick and have a big set back on my health. and also i just feel gross now
