Hey guys,

So I'm going on the airplane soon and would really like to pack a macro breakfast to eat on the plane (morning flight hehe). I'm staying in my hotel the night before I board the plane so its gonna have to be stored in the my hotel fridge so I can eat it on the plane. I'm very much use to my brown rice porridge....does anyone know if it's okay to make the porridge and refrigerate it to be eaten the next day? I know it's going to be cold but I think the taste will still be okay.

If there is a fridge in your hotel room - you have it made! Definitely eat a bowl of cold brown rice porridge. What a great way to start your travel day. You will feel somewhat normal :) It is not that unusual in the "raw world" to have cold porridge. You may even like it and choose to have your porridge cold on hot summer mornings. Have a good flight!

You can also take instant oatmeal, or have a raw flax bar.Even cobbler, without flour and honey/sweetener,tastes great cold! add a scoop of almond butter on top;delicious!
