Smart Balance Light is Vegan

Hi,


Just wanted to share that Smart Balance Light is a vegan product. This is nice for me b/c we don't have Earth Balance here.

I can second this! I come from a really small mexican bordertown in Texas, and the term "vegan" is completely foreign down there. When I went home for my winter break, I had a lot of trouble staying away from dairy since it's in practically EVERYTHING & the grocery store had very few, if any, substitutions. Finding the Smart Balance Light butter was a Godsend. The other Smart Balance products do contain some form of butter (like casein), but Smart Balance Light did the trick for me.
