Happy Arbor Day!!

To celebrate these past 2 "green holidays" I rented a bunch of eco-docus that were very intriguing and eye opening. I highly reccommend both. "Planet in Peril" is heart breaking but I loved how it brought so many environmental issues to the table, backed up by research and facts that even global warming nay-sayers can't ignore. I also just finished watching "Dirt" which really changes the way you look at the soil beneath you and gives you a greater appreciation for it. (loving the animations too!)

So what are your fav. eco docus? (I'm going to watch "Flow" next, looking foward to it.)

There are a couple of threads around here somewhere with some good lists. Along with Flow, try Blue Gold: World Water Wars, just amazing, makes you wonder where we're going to end up when our current water usage is already beyond our means and the world population just keeps growing. Addicted to Plastic is an absolute must-see. Blue Vinyl, The End of the Line, Crude, Who Killed the Electric Car, King Corn, The Future of Food, The Unforeseen. Those are just some of my favs.
