Can't get my avatar to save

I've been trying to load an avatar under Edit My Profile, I upload the pic, click submit but it doesn't stick.


Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

How big is the file you are attempting to use as your avatar?

I'm trying to add an Avatar and I can't even upload it. The file is just about 200 kb. Thanks!

Have you tried upgrading your Flash player?

A note to anyone with this problem: I have been struggling with this for a while, and even the help from customer support wasn't working. Just found this thread and did the Flash Player upgrade, and it worked! Also, one convoluted thing; after you choose your photo and upload and it shows it there, you AGAIN have to hit the "upload" button next to the "browse" button, or it doesn't place it on your avatar. This took me a few tries to figure out, because the photo just kept disappearing until I did that one final keystroke.
