I have been having a huge problem for the past 2 years and would love any input!! I am only 21 and have extemely low estrogen which has resulted in me not having my cycle amongst other things. My OBGYN has persribed me birth control to put estrogen back in so that I start cycling again. But every pill she has given me has made me very very sick. So nauseous that it is hard to function. Has anybody experienced anything like this? Is there a more natural approach in restoring estrogen levels?

check out naprotechnology.org I've had problems with all artificial BC options with side effects from infections to high blood pressure. This may help you treat the root cause. Just a thought. Good luck!

Have you tried taking Dong Quai? It is a popular herb used in Asia for women. Research it online.
