Hey guys turns out I have to switch to internet explorer 8 when I'm on here to be able to post. Just for others whom are struggling to post!

Thanks!

IE9 has a few updates we are working to optimize for, which is the cause of the commenting issues. We are working hard to correct this, you can be sure of that!

Thank you.

I also have not been able to post. Right now I'm using a different computer, a shared one at a public place. I'm really missing being able to post and keep up with discussions at home!! If anyone knows how to switch to an older IE (someone above said they did that), so I can post on here, please tell me! Otherwise I'm stuck waiting until the bugs have been fixed and I can post again!

sarah im using IE9 on windows 7 pro & im having no issues, i also access the web site using the mozilla firefox browser on my desktop computer & have no issues. which version of windows & IE are u using? perhaps download the firefox browser, if IE is no good, the other option using IE, is to click on the compatibility icon, when u open the web site, sometimes that helps. if u dont know where that icon is, just schroll over the icons on your tool bar, and you'll see what each icon is, until u find the compat icon, it just looks like a paper ripped in half. hope something ive said helps :)

John - Thanks! I'll try all that when I get home. Maybe they fixed the IE9 incompatability issues. Or maybe it's something else. I'll check it out next time I log on at home.

We did indeed fix the incompatibility issues! All should be well with commenting.

Sarah, if you are still having issues on your home computer, I would recommend updating your Java settings.

Thank you!

Hi there,

So, I've had an account for over a year and had a profile set up. Then this afternoon I logged on and it asked for my e-mail again, and said hey! you have a gmail account, which was my original log-in and then now it's having me set up a whole new profile like i never existed. I'd like my old profile please. =) Help!

Claire
