This is a sinch to make and even those fussy eater will love it.

You will need-

2 heaped tablespoons of cornflour

2 cups of milk replacement- soy, oat, rice

1.5 table spoons cocoa powder

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon dairy free choc chips (optional)

............

Place milk in saucepan over a medium heat. Sieve cornflour, sugar and cocoa powder into the saucepan and continue to stir until mixture thickens. This can happen quickly. As it begins to thicken toss in the choc chips (and almond flakes/berries/dried appricots depending on your taste) and then pour into a bowl. Serve warm or cold. Serves two.

I don't use raw cacao at all,the theobromine in it is NOT HEALTHY! I like roasted carob.lately I made a kind of raspberry tart with it,some figs, and bananas for a startch to make the consistency right.I drizzled some blackstrap molasses over it,as I need the iron.

OH SO GOOOOOOD!

My chocolate pudding is the simplest. Cocoa powder and pureed banana. Add some coconut milk if you like a thinner consistency.

SO GOOD.

Even better when you use frozen bananas. *faints*
