Hi, all! I'm a personal chef in the Detroit area (http://www.freshchefdetroit.com) and I have a new raw client. I've got a wealth of cookbooks, and she's been happy with everything that I've made so far, but I just thought I'd ask here and see if anyone has any knockout recipes they'd like to share.
