Hi there, im new to this site. I had lap band surgery back in september. Im supposed to only eat 3oz protein 3 times a day and if still hungry after, green leafy vegies or pickels. I havent lost any weight in the past few months. Im wondering if you can go vegitarian or vegan after wls? does anyone know the answer to that one? Im wondering if that would help me get more energy, feel good again and start loosing weight? right now i feel drained all the time, my poor 4yoa is suffering as a result. I would be appreciated of any response! Im also wondering how hard it really is to give up meat and things of the like?
