A Surprise Veg Lunch!

I had a meeting at the DOE last week and couldn't believe it when I saw an entire buffet of veg options in their cafeteria. I thought for sure I was going to end up eating some mediocre salad. Boy was I surprised. Wrote a brief piece about it (including pics) here. Check it out. Asian cabbage salad with crispy tofu. Soooooo good!
