I have stage 4 metastatic cervical cancer. I have never been vegan. Not even vegitarian. I truthfully thing that eating the way I have my whole life may have contributed to the fact that this cancer is a fast mover and is not cureable now. I am on my secon round of Chemo now an I will find out if it's even doing anything on Monday of next week. I firmly believe that if I change EVERYTHING about my life style to the Kind life style I will have better results. I mean, really, with the diagnosis I've been given I figure, What could it hurt? Any opinions?

Definitely read Kris Carr's "Crazy Sexy Diet"....she had cancer as well and helped herself through a vegan diet. You can do this <3

Hey Lynn, just wanted to let you know that I am praying for you. Also, to let you know that I have a very close friend who was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer a few years ago. She went vegan and her cancer went away. It took about a year but she now has two beautiful kids and no cancer.

Hope you have an awesome day!

Hi Lynn, I wish you all of the best. My prayers and thoughts are with you this morning also. I do believe that a vegan lifestyle would be beneficial to you in many respects....whole grains....whole fruits & veggies...nuts...seeds...plant proteins....doesn't it just even sound wonderful?! I think it would make you feel good in your soul too. Much love to you...please have a beautiful day!

I second the Kris Carr post. Go to her website crazysexylife.com. She has so much great info, some very inspirational videos of her speaking on various aspects of her wellness strategy, and I believe she even counsels people one on one over the phone. If anyone can give you hope and positive energy, I believe she would be the one.

Prayers and many kind thoughts sent your way today. All the best to you.

Dear Lynn - I am thinking of you and sending good thoughts your way. Mina Dobic is also someone who survived cancer decades ago by becoming a superhero/macrobiotic and now she lectures throughout the world and helps people. If you go on the web, you can find her website and call or email as she counsels people all the time online or in person and was also featured in Alicia's book. Take care of yourself and let all the support around you nurture you as you move forward.

Lynn, I was told a year ago this time that I had the first stage of that cancer. I then adopted a vegan lifestyle, and just two days I got back a NORMAL TEST (AKA: CANCER-FREE) !!!!!!

I definitely believe in taking the vegan road, you will see results!!!! :)

Best Wishes!
