Sleep!

Alicia and Kind Lifers! I am sure you know the value of sleep and love to sleep and have healthy dreams! I have recently been interested in this wonderful part of living a Kind Life. Their are many wonderful thoughts and ideas on the ability to enter immediatly into sleep and provide rest and relaxation to the spirit. I would love for you to hear ideas on sleep and the Kind Life lifestyle!

The problem with melatonin is like substituting any other hormone you can actually stop the bodies own production. Also the doses used are millions of times what the body actually produces naturally.


Valerian, kava kava etc are better choices in my opinion.

Hormones are not all that important to me, I tend to look for enlightenment ,peace and stability. Never have even when I was an undergraduate partier given much thought to hormones.


I have valerin, purchased it over the counter, it seems to be a heavier feeling and does not bring much enlightenment as melotonin, does indeed induce sleep. i have taken both in the same night this was a very good nights sleep with less grogginess, Still don't think about hormones though and like the melotonin as a result.
