ok i have read ( the China Study), ( Skinny Basterd), ( The Thrive diet).
I have gotten past the meat, daity ( except chesse only when i eat vegie burgers ). i have stopped white sugar, started with pure cane sugar till tis week when i tryed agave. wich now i find is not that good for you. next on my list is brown maple syurp? still eatin i lot of pre packaged vegan, & vegitarian foods. like mornig star products.
