First trimester - healthy food is so repulsive!

I am 7 weeks and all of a sudden can't stand the thought of cooked veggies, beans, garlic, spices etc which is what I used to live on. Every day is different but I have found that bland foods, fruits, smoothies, apple sauce, and salads work for me. Yesterday I had just toast all day. Just do the best you can!
