I just came across the site http://www.vegancoloradical.com/. It is really cool, it has info on vegan food options in Colorado.

Love it! I've always been afraid to try Tokyo Joe's (figured there was fish sauce in everything). That blog gave me the confidence to try it. Thank you for posting this.
