Made my kids whole wheat pancakes with banana and I also added flax seed oil. I made a bunch the night before and warmed them up poured on some maple/agave syrup, although I was told today that agave is not what its cracked up to be, still, I think its probably better than pancake*corn, syrup.

or I too make a huge batch of oatmeal, with black strap molasses, apples, either brown sugar or maple, and add walnuts when ready to serve.. yummy when its Cold outside!

Leftover cooked brown rice + soy/almond milk, heated in the microwave. Then add chopped nuts (pecans & hazelnuts are good), cinnamon/ginger (I use "Pumpkin Pie Spice" blend), and a little maple syrup. Mix it up & eat. It's good if it sits too, so you could mix it all up the night before.

A green smoothie first thing with a scoop or two of vegan protein powder such as hemp protein, sunwarrior raw protein or vega wholefood optimizer makes a great breakfast shake that packs a good punch.

Green smoothies give me the most energy out of any food i would say.

I usually grab a toast and go, but lately I have been buying granola and have a small bowl of it with soymilk. Very filling. Although, I would love to have what everyone is having. :P
