I'm going to be extracting my wisdom teeth and was wondering if it's okay to eat brown rice porridge during recovery :S Anyone else had experience with this, or an other macro food recommendations? I heard that it has to be a soft food diet.

Hi Beverly :)

I haven't had my wisdom teethe removed...but brown rice porridge is always recommended after any kind of surgery etc. And if you make it a bit softer than normal (double the water) then it will ne great and very healing for you.

Also, go for it with the miso soup as this will have healing qualities for you too.

Good luck :)

Thank you Ruthy. Making the porridge extra mushy sounds like a good idea.
