good to hear. I have a recipe I found on fatfreevegan(I think it was) for Almond Joy Oatmeal. I'll have to check the ingredients. I't really is just steel cut oats, coconut milk, unsweetened cocoa, shredded coconut, vanilla and almond extracts and a sweetner honey or agave. I'm using local honey to see if it will help with allergies. I quit taking my daily Claritin it was quite literally making me go insane with anxiety, shortnes of breath, extreme panic over small stuff and heart palpatations. My head is already so much clearer on day 4 no med. I'll never take it daily like that again probably never again at ALL. I'd rather deal with runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing than have those symptoms ever again. Now if I could just get off my BP med I can probably ditch the dizziness from that pill.
