Beauty Products

I have been researching safe beauty products for pregnant women online for hours. I can not find a straight answer about which products are ok to use. Does anyone have insight into this topic? I used to love Bath and Body Works, but I hear their products are terrible for you, especially pregnant women. But then, of course, some people say they are fine.
