Additives and the like...

I have noticed an increasing number of products with something called Temptext0.



This is being added to organic oats, (yes, the only other product in the box) that really should be Vegan, but only get a label of Vegetarian....


So what is it?!?! Any advice would be appreciated, cause Google is coming up with bagel (0).
