Alicia's Stir Fry Recipe???

Does anyone have the stir fry recipe in the The Kind Diet handy? I am wanting to make it for a friend tonight that is trying to become vegetarian and I think she would really like it but I am out of town and don't have my book!

anyone have the recipe?? I am getting desperate! I know the ingredients I just can't really remember the measurements.
