Being a food enthusiast I have dove into vegan cooking & baking while making the slow transition to full on veganism. 1. Radicchio Pizza-loved it, ate in 3 seperate sittings-so filling! 2. Summer Potato Salad-SO, so good, hub loved. 3.Vegan Raspberry Applesauce Muffins via thesimplemathbakery.com. We couldn't wait until morning to try them, so we split one and both give them an A+. I've yet a long way to go, but these test runs are really fueling my motivation!
