Found Agar Agar in an Asian Market

Ruthy,


I did find very inexpensive agar agar at local asian market near me. It actually came in the form of sticks (2 thick pieces in each package) What was interesting is they had various colors to choose from. Red, yellow, green and the basic white. What form did you buy them in? I may go to China town this weekend and look for more.


Anyone else use agar agar in recipes?
