My church offers a Community Supper every Wednesday night which is open to everyone in the neighborhood. Typically 200 to 300 people are fed. I have been toying with the idea of getting with the program coordinator to do a Vegan meal. I think it would help spread the word to those streching their food dollars that it's possible to have a great meal without meat or animal products. Does anyone have any ideas on what we could serve to a crowd that big? Thanks!

Is this a buffet style? For dessert, yummy vegan cookies and brownies! :D

Crock pot style meals: pasta and different sauces to go over the pasta.

Hearty soups, stews, chilis, and salads would work with an assortment of breads.
