I have attempted a meat-free lifestyle several times in the past. This book, however, has changed my life. It allowed me (and taught me how) to ease into a very healthy lifestyle. I will never go back. Her writing style is down to earth and easy to read. I found myself reading this entire book in just a couple of days - a feat for a distracted person like me. I'm still in "transition" phase (I have cut out meat for 5 weeks now), but with the options this book gives for living a healthy lifestyle, I can make the leap to vegetarian, vegan, and even a superhero plant based diet. I usually don't give reviews, and I know this sounds like an advertisement, but I simply love what this book has done for me. - Pam in GA.
