I've been vegetarian for a year and spent a few of those months vegan, then went back to vegetarian. I am cutting dairy again, it's been a few days now. I am also getting reaquainted with the book.
I normally have flawless, radiant skin, always have, even in my meat eating and dairy eating days. But now I'm breaking out and am so phlegmy! I recall this happening last time I cut dairy too.
I don't recall what's going on and why this is happening? And how soon it will pass? My throat really hurts with this phlegm. And the zits are awful. Ugh. Help?
Hard to say how long it will last. My girlfriend had the same thing after switching for a couple months but it did go away. They say it's detoxing and will pass.
