Cross Country Move - Need Food Help

I'm about to move from Virgnia (back to) California. Any one have any travel food advice? When I moved to Virginia two years ago, there was a whole lot of trail mix and Subway which I'd like not to be stuck with again!


I'm thinking about getting a mini-cooler or something but I'm not sure if there will be room in my car.
