Where do I find all these ingredients

I have access to the Healthy Home Market which I find my Miso Paste at, but I don't think I will find seaweed there and sea vegetables.


Where do I find all this stuff? I live in Charlotte, NC

Trader Joes should have what your looking for.

or if you even have a asian or oriental grocery they carry it all and its usually very cheap
