colorado vegan

Hi...I'm Kena and i am a new vegan and wanted to introduce myself. I made the commitment to go vegan a few weeks ago. I have done pretty well. I am already feeling better and I am finding it to be easier then I thought it would be. I started a new blog to document my journey and to try and help other new vegans....

I am excited....it is going to be my birthday on monday and my favorite dessert is cheesecake...does anyone have a great VEGAN cheesecake recipe they would like to share?
