I was off the vegan bandwagon for awhile. I've been vegetarian for a year but stopped being vegan months ago (I was only vegetarian in this time). I'm re-reading the Kind Diet and am SO excited about getting started all over again! I've nearly eliminated dairy from my diet and have been detoxing along the way.
Anyway, thank you Alicia for your book. It excites me. Again.
As soon as my money comes in I'm going to try the Superhero plan for a month. I've never done superhero! Also, I saw some nut cheeses at Whole Foods I wanna try. Anyone have any recommendations?
