Is it OK to get all protein from legumes and nuts?

This is good news..I am just getting started with primarily plant based diet and the protein question seems to be the one everyone asks about.


Question about the spirulina... do you drink it with juices or add it to food? I have had it in a juice or smoothie combo but not sure what to do with it otherwise.
