Has anyone tried it yet!? I just ordered mine "omnicentric"!
thinking about going vegan and just ordered the tracy anderson metamorphosis omnicentric dvds as well. i hope this works for me, not easy being vegetarian in houston, tx!!
oh when my worlds collide. I'm omnicentric too. I lost almost 30 pounds since January thanks to Tracy (and also cleaned up my diet, hence ending up here) I keep a blog about it, you'll love the results! http://tesjonight.blogspot.com/
Hey, just wondering if anyone has had good results with metamorphis? I need hip centric (I dont think you're ready for this jelly. Lol). I have her post pregnancy video, but I had twins so it's not exactly transforming me!
I've been so curious about these DVDs, me oh my. I am a hippy girl but am hesitant as I have heard people say the dvds are really hard to follow along with.
What did sell me on the idea of Tracy Anderson was an article I read in 2009 in W magazine about a W staffer who worked out with Tracy for 7 weeks to transform her body. The pictures of her stomach are pretty amazing but what is even more amazing was the pictures of this womans butt afterward. I ripped the article out of the magazine and need to find a way to post that picture here, it's that great! Her butt wasn't awful before but in the end it was much tighter, lifted... AMAZING results for 7 weeks.
Here is the article and a link to a few other pictures and her results in numbers! Enjoy!

Wow! Just checked out the article. I too need a metamorphosis - after 3 babies and up and downs with wait. I am always going nuts after watching her infomercial and I would love to order it. Let me know what you all think of it!
I loved her post pregnancy and matt workouts. I "came across" her metamorphisis programme and really didn't like it at all. The dance workout makes you sweat, but it became really boring after a while and the other exercises were hard to follow.
I love Tracy Anderson, but metamorphisis wasn't for me. She has some great 10 min workouts on youtube, the arm one is really good.
I've been doing the Tracy Anderson method on and off for about 2 years. It's hard to see results unless you actually do it for 4-6 hours a week. When I finally began doing it regularly, I started seeing a really great change in my shape.
I love how the workouts change every 10 days - really helps keep me motivated. I also feel like I'm making progress!
However, I would caution against following the diet too strictly; I much prefer a healthy, low-sugar vegan diet like Alicia's "superhero" to the portion control (where you can end up losing muscle instead of just fat). Cutting out sugar and animal products alone allowed me to drop those extra 10 pounds that I was struggling to lose.
I got Tracy's Meta omnicentric last March and it's time to do it again! I got really great results last year! I have been taking the dvds to work with me and back home and have seemed to have lost the set, so I bought the hipcentric today with the rebounder! If you are just starting out, getting the rebounder is worth it! The dance cardio is hard on the knees and jarring for beginners. I love TA's method, there is just no other workout out there that I can see myself getting as good results as I did with Tracy.
I didn't even attempt Tracy's diet that comes with the Metamorphosis. I agree that Alicia's is better. By the way, being a vegan was very hard here in Arkansas... but worth it. Though, I have gone back to being a vegatarian for now - really really missed eating dairy. Yes I know, it's a guilty pleasure that I missed and loved!
Good luck newbies! I hope you do it, because there's nothing like it!
