Pressed Salad

I made Alicia's Cabbage, Radish and Cucumber Pressed Salad last night and both my husband (who doesn't normally eat salad....) and I loved it. Can't wait to try it with different vegetables/fruits. Does anyone have a favourite pressed salad combination??
