I'm looking for suggestions for awesome vegan subs for shrimp and lobster. I'm looking forward to making some vegan lobster roll or vegan shrimp po' boys. I would love ANY tips or tricks that anyone can give. Thanks tons!

I hear mock-seafood products from Sophie's Kitchen are really good (http://www.sophieskitchen.net/). Some Whole Foods and smaller health food stores sell them.

Sophie's Kitchen is quite delicious and would be perfect for your shrimp po'boys! The vegan fish fillets are also great in veggie fish tacos. They are in the frozen food section of most Whole Foods.

Another place to search for mock meat/seafood products is the frozen section of an Asian market, esp Vietnamese. They seem to have the whole fake meat & seafood thing down.
