Hi everybody I am Misty and have been vegan since March of this year :) This has been the best decision I have made in my diet. My only concern has been getting enough calcium without supplements; does anybody have any advice on how I can get more of it without dairy.
Misty, you can get enough calcium simply by eating your greens! Broccoli, kale, collard greens, mustard greens...all high in calcium.
