I am so fascinated by macrobiotics but I have also been reading books on raw food diets as well. I am wondering if you can tell me the differences they have noticed in adopting macrobiotic vs. raw food? I know you mentioned that you were once on a raw food diet, but switched to macrobiotics. However, is it good to be cooking all of your food? How have your own health issues been resolved/gotten worse on either diet? Weight loss? Energy levels? Please let me know because I am confused as to what is best! thanks!
