Vegan in Maui?

I am going to be going to Maui next March to get married and I am wondering if anyone knows any vegan restaurants or restaurants with good vegan options. I just dont wanna be stuck eating salad all week. I've tried to research it online and havent had much luck. So if anyone has been there or lives there or has suggestions on how I could find places, I would really appriciate it. Thanks
