It's been a week since I gave up dairy products, and I've been experiencing a lot of emotional issues! I feel like it's due to the fact that I can't have my fave comfort foods, and maybe withdrawl from the morphine-like quality in milk. All I know is, I've been moody and weepy. I feel like I've uncovered an issue with comfort eating that I didn't know I had as well as a freaky dairy addiction that I didn't really think was possible.
Did this happen to anyone else? My body feels fantastic, or I would never have made it this long without giving in. Any suggestions on dealing with this?
