I have a question that has been bothering me and confusing me. I lift wieghts a lot and prefer the bodybuilder look over the super lean look. I always take 60-90grams of Whey protein daily. Is this protein bad for me just like eating animal products as they say in the Forks OVer Knives/China Study? Its super clean protein and its whey versus casein, but I cant find reliable info on this subject. How can anyone follow the advice of Forks Over Knives and maintain a weight lifting excercise lifestyle that requires massive protein intakes?

Whey is not good for you either. Check out the Vegan Bodybuilding website. They have a book you can order that will give you info on supplements I'm sure. Most of them use soy protein (don't overdo this one though), hemp protein, or pea protein. You can see the amazing results without any animal products. :o)

Thanks for the advice, exactly what I was looking for. I found some great vegan mixed plant proteins that sound good. Thanks again!

Hey, raw hemp protein powder is an excellent source of clean, plant based protein (15 grams per serving, which you could increase obviously) Nutiva makes the best in my humble opinion. You could also try the Vega protein powders by Brendan Brazier. :) Best of luck
