Flu Shot-thoughts?

I would never get the flu shot again.Oct 2011 I received the flu shot and a very bad nurologicial side effect happened.Weird wet & cooling sensations in my head,arms ,back & legs.Problems swallowing for weeks.Breathing problems -Most of the side effects have impoved,but it has been a very long 10 months. My arm it was received in still has a weird sensation & breathing still a bit difficult.I pray my body fully recovers as I have read the flu vaccine can last up to a year in you.To anyone Considering getting the flu shot this year 2012 ,please make sure you consider all the side effects beforehand.Not sure if this happen cause of the thimerisol or it was shot into my arm/muscle wrong.Wrost year of my life all cause I thought I was doing somthing good for my body.Turned out it harmed me.
If you read the ingredients, you'd never have it as they are a cocktail of chemicals ... plus they aren't generally vegan either. This year at work they offered the flu shot for anyone that wanted it and so people line up for anything that's free ... I mentioned the ingredients to some of them but they didn't want to hear but rather try as it was free and also 'to see if they get the flu this season' ... well, funny thing is that I haven't gotten even a cold and they've all been sick with various colds and flu ... it's hilarious!
