That is a great idea Michelle! I never heard that timeline before or that idea! I appreciate you sharing your ambition with the rest of us Kind Lifers!! (even though I'm behind on time!! haha)
My goal is to get back to a solid 134lbs. I hope to accomplish that by practicing bikram yoga atleast 2 days a week, cooking vegan (which I already do), eating out only 3 meals a week, exercising (not yoga) 2 days a week, packing healthy thought through lunches, and having positive, self loving thoughts each week.
