How to shop effectively in our small little towns?

I am looking for some great ways to get my hands on a variety of foods, even though here in Wyoming it seems impossible at times to find the variety I would like. So of the foods mentioned in The Kind Diet I haven't even heard of! I had to search online just to see what they looked like! If I come across a great place to order in foods, I will share, but if anyone has any ideas, please share!!

Eden Foods is the best place to get superhero stuff like umeboshi plums, miso, rice crackers, etc.
