Me! I know of ONE other vegan in the QC, and we have been working our butts off to get a whole foods in the area, haha :)

That would be great, I feel like every article and cookbook etc mentions shopping at whole foods! Hyvee has a small selection at least. Have you been to Sultan's in Rock Island yet? They have a vegetarian friendly menu and everything I've had has been delicious. Also heard about Seed's in Davenport but haven't had a chance to make it over there.
