Have been a vegan for 5 weeks and love it, but became a tad dependant on pitta a hummus, so have decided to go all in and try the superhero diet to encourage me to be more varied.
But of course the foods here are very different to the foods Alicia uses in her recipes so wondered if anyone else is about and making their own recipes?
I currently have a veg and lentil soup bubbling with veg from the local farm shop, and some veg roasting.
