I'm 17 years old and I've been on Yaz for about a year now for acne. It has worked really well for me but a couple of months ago I cut dairy from my diet. While researching, I found out that Yaz has "lactose monohydrate NF" which is an ingredient obtained from milk.

What should I do? I am dairy-free for health benefits so I do not feel guilty about consuming dairy. However, will this affect me, cause me to break out or get sick? Or is it too small of an amount?

Anyone else going through this?
