Juice Fast/Detox

I want to be honest, for the past few weeks i have not been focusing on my health and been pretty much bienging on foods that are not totally the best.


To change that i have decided to to a juice detox but have no idea on where to start. I've never done a detox in my life so i really need a lot of help; the what, how, when, why kinda deal. Please help by giving your imput or leading me to a site that can help

fat sick and nearly dead....if you have net flix it's on there watch it!! great...great...info!!! Today i'm going to watch forks over knives it's on netflix as well
