Hello everyone!

I currenly live in Chicago, but I am ready to move!! I thought this could be a great place to find ideas, and places around the country that make it easy to be a healthy, outdoorsy vegan. Any suggestions?? Where do you live? I am looking for great outdoor recreation opportunities, vegan lifestyle support/opportunities, and health/eco consciousness, among other things.

My friend suggested Portland, which sounds Amazing. But I want some other places so that I can start doing research and decide where my next home will be. Any help, advice, guidance, etc would be sincerely appreciated! I've moved part time for school and things like that, but never just uproot and move across country. So I could use any help from my fellow Kind Lifers!

Thank you soo much for reading! Hope to hear from you all soon!!!

Austin, Texas, is an amazing vegan hotspot. The home of Whole Foods, it is dense with natural foods stores and coops, has tons of restaurants that cater to vegans or are entirely vegan (google The Daily Juice, Casa de Luz, Bouldin Creek Cafe), and there is a growing foot cart scene that has some vegan entrepreneurs. Plus, Austin is a culturally vibrant community.
